Virtual Classes & Digital Programs

  • Refunds are available only if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of your virtual class or live session
  • All approved refunds will be subject to a $65.00 administrative fee, which covers processing and registration costs.
  • No refunds will be issued for requests received within 48 hours of the class start time or after the class has begun.
  • Digital products (such as downloads, templates, or guides) are non refundable once accessed or downloaded.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to [your refund email address] with:

  • Your full name
  • Name of the course or product
  • Order confirmation number
  • Reason for your request

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days if approved.
